	About Us In Bangalore’s fast growing and ever changing construction scenario, Klassik Enterprises Private Limited stands out like a beacon, symbolising quality and innovation. It was born out of the combined vision of three entrepreneurs and now stands on their collective experience and commitment. Klassik began its foray into the construction arena almost two decades ago and the company was formalised in 2000. But the company’s area of expertise effortlessly straddles all the important categories. So far, Klassik has contributed 2.5 lakh square feet of residential area, 10 lakh square feet of commercial area and an equal amount in industrial area to Bangalore’s façade. However, the company believes its best contribution has been in the area of residential spaces and has gone on to carve a niche in this segment.

	OTHER PROJECTS Klassik brings to the table almost two decades’ of collective experience of its three visionary promoters, for whom quality, reliability and commitment occupy topmost priorities. The company has, to its credit, a wide range of completed projects which bear testimony to its high standards of excellence. These include:

	RESIDENTIAL • Royale Habitat in HSR Layout, a group of 80 residential units, which was completed in 2002 and was the first project in the city to introduce piped cooking gas and a car wash facility for the ease and benefit of residents among many other notable firsts.
	• Klassik Nest, a group of 46 residential units, completed in 2004 and in the same genre as Royale Habitat.
	• Klassik Comfort, a set of 32 units, all three bedroom with two car parking slots and each unit open on all four sides, providing residents with ventilation, space and privacy.
	COMMERCIAL • Krimson Squares, on Hosur main road, comprising 1 lakh square feet of office space, completed in 2006.
	• Ramakrishna Towers, on Hosur road, comprising 50,000 square feet of commercial space, completed in 2005.
	INDUSTRIAL The company has utilised its multifarious expertise in establishing industrial units as well. It has completed projects for Tyco International in White field, GCI Exports in Jigini, Wayon Fabrics in Doddaballapur, Diamond factory in Doddaballapur and Kurlon factory in Peenya in addition to many more such projects.
